Appliqué

Love the regal look that patches give to your gear? Appliqué is exactly that - it is a fabric patch that elevates any garment with added textures to give a luxurious feel with an affordable pricepoint.

We currently offer two application methods for our appliqué: heat transfer, and embroidered. 

Appliqué is available for: All cotton and polyester based garments, bags.

Not available for: Nylon garments, bras, garments with spandex, or hats.

Heat Transfer

Our felt appliqué can be applied with a heat press for a seamless look at an affordable price with no setup fees. This is compatible with our Felt transfer material (see below). We currently offer this for one-colour designs only.

Price is affected by: Size and quantities ordered (minimum 12)

Embroidered

This is one of our most premium finishes we offer. We combine the added texture of applique with the high-quality finish and lasting power of embroidery. This is available in both our Felt transfer material as well as the ultra-popular Twill material (see below). This is a custom-quoted decoration process - Request A Quote if you're interested in this decoration method.

Price is affected by: Size, number of colours (3 maximum), and quantities ordered (minimum 12), and border stitch count (satin vs. vintage). There is a one-time set-up fee that is a flat $50. Want to reorder? No setup fees ever again! Here is example pricing for a general ballpark:

Available Appliqué Fabrics

Felt Appliqué

This is our most cost-effective appliqué fabric.
Design thickness requirements: line thickness: 0.185”, cavities: 0.055”

Twill Appliqué

This is a thick, sports-jersey type material with a slight ribbed texture. Only available with our Embroidered finish appliqué.
Design thickness requirements: line thickness: 0.229”, cavities: 0.09”
